not for 7 years, and no fags for 1 year, got operation on my hand tomorrow so just getting me knickers in my twist about it :you_crazy
Could be becasue of your OP that you aren’t sleeping to well.
I find that when i can’t sleep its usually down to something on my mind, usually i dont realise that something is bothering me until i have it resolved and get back to sleeping properly 😉
I also find feeling down doesn’t help with sleeping either
Thats deffo it,
When I’m worried my sleep is always the first thing to go –
most of the time it takes me a while to work out whats going on as it is usually subconcious – but this time its pretty easy!

i find that melatonin is a good and sort of natural sleep aidhttp://www.melatonin-info.co.uk/failing that VALIUM!
I’ve had real trouble the last couple of nights too, my insomnia seems to come in cycles of a few years.
try melatonin it does work and doesnt leave you feeling drowsy the next day. Also its a natural hormone that your body produces to regulate your circadian cycle (body clock) so its sort of natural… added bonus it can also give you some very strang dreams…
Thanks for that ! I’ll have a go
Have you tried camomile tea? I know it tastes like hay but it does work ( either that or drowsy Benylin 😉 ) Good luck with ur op and the wedding 😉
let us know if it works.. also its dirt cheap i got 360 3mg tablets for £20.. just have a search on the net. also its not addictive
Haven’t been able to drift off at all this week, I just can’t get a certain someone out of my head, when I really shouldn’t be thinkin about them at all.
So I find myself lifting weights or doing press-ups at three in the morning!
That can really keep you awake :hopeless:
Yeah drives you mad doesn’t it. I didn’t realise how many opposing voices I can have in my head at one time!
