  • I actually did have a dream at the weekend, here it is, coming into your brain via your eyeballs any moment now:

At the weekend right basically it turned out that all the embarrassing free party sectarianism had all been a flagrant sham in order to spread confusion and misinformation: Feign Disorder Then Crush The Enemy as Sun Tzu might say.

There was a massive teknival where people from Norfolk raved along people from Manik, all the bumpkin vs london bollocks had all been a cover act so that they could organise the party to end them all.

DJs played sets of old skool followed by trance followed DnB followed by tekno and everyone said you know that might not be my favourite type of music but it’s nice to have a change isn’t it, that way there’s something for everyone.

Chavs raved next to hippies without even noticing that they were dressed differently from each other, treating each other as human beings, rather than assessing each other by the fleeting and irrelevant and arbritary social baggage we are forced to assign ourselves.

People took ecstasy and interacted socially.

Then two birds came over out of the blue and noshed me off, but that’s kind of seperate from the point i am trying to make.

that was no dream that was my weekend,

bar it was only 1 bird
    🙂

    Innit mate,

    I get what your saying.

All been a bit pathetic hasn’t it.

At the end of the day, people were loving the norfolk rig, just as much we were loving theirs.

Our rave scenes are the same in a strange way, and its that, that brought us all together this weekend.

    It was the tits! :horay:

i had a dream that fixxy went to a rave

i wet the bed and not in a nice way

blatently good point, it seems ridiculous that all the minor niggles crews have had with each other have been broadcast and amplified by people who had no involvement in the beefs in the first place.

the norfolk thing seemed to start out as a joke, but successive know-nothings took it seriously and reiterated it until a lot more people took it seriously. if anyone has any real reson for the anti-norfolk beef other than “theyre geigh” or “there all young” which are both ridiculous meaningless accusations based on hot air, id be interested. in fact i wouldnt, id just be amazed. cos its not happening.

the chav vs bumpkin thing going on is just the bumpkins being scared of teh chavs (cos theyre used t more hardcore shit) and the chavs resenting the bumpkins (cos who wouldnt want lots of nice countryside and low crime rates to grow up in). both sides would benefit so much if they saw past theri superficial differences and just interacted a wee bit more.

i mean, we all love raving, and thats a pretty solid starting point. party season 2006 is upon us. would be nice to see a bit more harmony. and love for that matter. show the love!

some decent MaDMAn would help oil the cogs no end, andy, spot on. even some sorted beans would hit the spot, altho i havent come across them in years.

a bit of k when u get back home, but it would be good to see a bit more stompig and a bit less wonking. bunch of wonkers aha.

In fairness there has been an awful lot of complete daftness from a number of the Norfolk contingent on SJ. Not all, by a long stretch, just whenever you see some unthinking repetition of simplistic antibabylon catchphrases, it does seem to come from them.

Course, we’ve got some nutters too….

(Is that what we were talking about? :D)
