how bloody long does it take for a bunch of hippies to paint a naked dude? there may not be any easy ways without using drugs and they could be bad for you in the long run.
In any case such a painting is illegal in my country (if the chap is erect) and probably still inadvisable in the rest of Northern Europe; not because of laws or prudishness but it is winter now – from what little I know about “fine art” such paintings are normally carried out in studios called ateliers that are likely to lack sufficient heating and the change from glow lamps to LEDs also removes the heat such lamps gave off (which was not a disadvantage in winter).
if you were sent to work on a building site and had to haul heavy stuff to the point you needed painkillers or other drugs just to work the foreman is likely to get arrested for exploiting their workers (even in the USA).
Just because art seems “cooler” or more “fun” doesn’t mean you should allow yourself to be exploited; even if you are perfectly happy to go naked you should not have to do so in such a way that could stress your body.
