  • Q: How many voltage that passes through the ISDN?

A: It should be Greater than 96 and less than 104. After
reaching less or greater voltage… After less or greater
voltage passes isdn line will flucktuated due to earthings
ocurred in the Cable of service provider.

To be fair it makes perfect sense if read in the correct accent – any telephone circuit (analogue or digital) where one wire in a pair has gone to earth is faulty and should be detected as such at the Telephone Exchange (years ago putting earth to one side of a telephone pair was used for various forms of signalling).

Also be careful, that no rascal idiot has put the pair with isdn voltages on unprotected block terminal. Otherwise, if putting your hand across it, you will be facing strong electric shock, and can be falling off from ladder.
