  • The holy Qur’an referred to a new scientific discovery that is in the deep of oceans there are waves and dark, let us read …

Scientists discovered that in the deep of oceans there are deep waves which are different from surface waves. Allah Almighty makes the parable of deeds of atheists and disbelievers as a man who lives in the deep of the sea where he is covered by a layer of deep waves that is covered by a layer of surface waves which is covered by darkness, this likeningis to demonstrate how those atheists by their deeds are far from the light of Allah (following principles and orders of Islam).

Allah Almighty says “ ((40) Or [they are] like darknesses within an unfathomable sea which is covered by waves, upon which are waves, over which are clouds – darknesses, some of them upon others. When one puts out his hand [therein], he can hardly see it. And he to whom Allah has not granted light – for him there is no light
Glory to Allah, recent scientists found that discovery in 2007 and they didn’t expect that finding. Who told prophet Mohamed peace be upon him about the deep waves? Allah is the teller who says about Himself: ((26) [He is] Knower of the unseen, and He does not disclose His [knowledge of the] unseen to anyon
    (27) Except whom He has approved of messengers, and indeed, He sends before each messenger and behind him observer

    Salaam aleikum.

Well, DUH. Oceans are deep. Of course you get deep waves in oceans.

    Quote:
Who told prophet Mohamed peace be upon him about the deep waves?

The same person who told the Prophet that oceans are deep, and sometimes deeper than a rope let down on the end of a rock. Which was how sailors were able to get a rough idea of how deep waters were, at the time.

Also, it is common knowledge to sailors that some sea creatures feed at night, and others during the day. Those that live deeper tend to have very large eyes to collect light, or no eyes at all. Hence, it follows that there is less light at the ocean depths.

The rest was common sense, gained through conversation. Because the Prophet was a traveller, a caravan master, who talked with many and gained much knowledge through his early travels. And that relied on the fact the Most High (Allah) gives people the wonderful tool called a brain, and a mind.

All in my opinion of course.

    Again, I say peace.

    السلام عليكم

This article is five years old, do you have a D&D blog?

    welcome to partyvibe 🙂

Allah (SAW) ultimately appears to be saying in his parable that it make good sense to know where the land ends and the sea starts, and what is above and below it, and how deep it is (which is what fathoming is)

Otherwise you end up in dangerous situations and often drowned – which is not pleasant. But that is the same no matter what our religions are, unless we live in Coventry, England.

To their credit the Islamic world has been responsible for many advances in maritime technology, much of them can be found online. I know where this person is actually from though again his practice makes little sense.

its not even a full on conversion attempt, and why bother spamming a bunch of liberal folk who are probably one of the most friendly multicultural lot you would find online, with a report out of a centre right wing English paper, compiled by scientists who are up the road from me anyway (in fact I probably know one of them from a environment group I am in)?

there is the maritime festival in my town next week, TBH I’d rather hear about what folk in the Middle East do for their maritime festivals – I know you can’t have a booze up like we do here, but surely you must have one at some point? Perhaps it is combined with Eid, and if you don’t in your country why not start one? thats better than getting into nationalism and extremism and war which is a big temptation when you have a lot of strong hard men on board ship, and the other things they tend to get up to are forbidden by religion.

you could probably even get Ferry Corsten to spin a few tunes at it too 😉

Who the hell is Allan and what makes him so high and mighty?

It is mate, but the resort of Kao-Tipping is on the Thai-Chinese border (look it up, you’ll never find it!). It’s very popular with gap year students & ‘eternal traveller’ types!
