I don’t know the science but I know crystal is seriously bad. I had it explained to me by a guy who has had to have his bladder pinned because of K and spent a large ammount of time being studied so I trust his judgement.
Really? I mean I know kaining K can generally do that to a person anyway. But whats so bad about the crystal… :crazy:

The reason I was originally told was there is some shit in it from when it is manufactured that needs washed off that is really bad for you but I have no idea if its true.
Now though I don’t really know I only know that every k head I know (k head is anyone who will take at least 3g a day) swears that you have to cook it first.

dissolve the crytals in the water
pour the water onto a plate
put a plate ontop of that plate
stick it in the micro
10 mins
DONE.
i think we should all go and stick 5 grams of k up our arse and forget about the whole subject and maybe wait untill the new year before we bring it up again
