A lot of these pics especially of UK celebs are no longer done by the snappers with long lenses – this market got saturated years ago and many of these snappers are older now and gone to doing things they enjoy more like nature or sports photograhy.
They are done by the celebs “friends” using smartphones and stitching them up. especially for UK royals and others who have armed feds or rentaguards around them at all times and can declare an exclusion zone, bear in mind pro photographers carry bags of kit what attract suspicion as they are the same kinds used to store pistols and rifles in when used in a mostly civillian environment (there is a lot of commonality between cameras and guns, both are effective weapons – you don’t need a lethal weapon to destroy a target).
what is worse is even if you are a non celeb people can bait you up without meaning to. a few pics of me at raves what got busted heavily ended up on bebo website when all the local teens were using it, at one point I thought I was going to get quizzed by feds about my links to raves but I think they realised from reading here I kept to my word after moving here in 2006 and have only been involved in legal events or activities.
