how the hell can you put ur mouth on a big hole like that, there is always a part which let fpass the air between the intake and my mouth so i can’t smoke with that . i always need to put a reductor, will show u in the next daysv how little i make the intake , its nealy the size of an straw to drink…Also the long stems whic goes to the mouth, i all cut them to the half lengthvcuz i haven’t got enough air to pump through my lungs, so i have to reduce the air volume

and sadly yes, my emphysema is really very bad and my lungs capacity is very low. i even can’t run 100 meter, i would dye on asphhyxie,m thats why i stopped cigarettes, h an grass, i only eat cookies (but my wife doesent like doing them,but she make sometimes cuz she prefer that than smoking. i only still smoke freebase and very little meth, but i try to reduce. (problem,is that my reaseller njeeds someone to test always and he provide me to much for free)

don’t be sorry, i even joke my self about my situation, i have lived a life in a real excess as i have beenn a fucking grossist reasealler until my 40’s and had more staff to consum than i could. no regrets . its to late, but i try to to reduce a max. am gona sleep just came for a little turn on PV, hope tomorrow u gonna give me news

Emphysema is one of the things that got my grandmother, she made it to about 70, her and grandpa smoked LOTS of cigarettes as was the normal thing to do in that part of America at that time and she didn’t quit after he died from a heart attack (an autospy was done and turns out he’d survived another heart attack before the one that killed him), although my great uncle did quit cold turkey the day he died and lived longer because of it. Point being some people can quit or want to quit and others don’t and it does effect your life expectancy but who cares we’re all going to die eventually, glad you’ve cut back on some stuff iliesse, it’ll buy you a few years as will the wonderful healthcare in Switzerland. As a random aside I think in a different time you’d have gotten along well with my grandparents on that side of the family either chain smoking in the ’50s or otherwise.

am quiet sur GL IS OR WAS A HEAVY SMOKER IN THE PAST.

But i read a few weeks ago that the chinese or japanese are on the way to produce real organs from even any cells, some are even still excellent to use even when the person is aged. but they are experementing actually on animals but the results are incredibly promising. (they were talking about lungs and hearts)
EVEN UNTIL THEY APPLY THAT ON HUMAN WILL TAKE MINIMUM 10 YEARS OR A BIT MORE. DON’T KNOW IF I Will still be alive -lol

any cold can be dangerous, have to be aware on any signs, cuz pneumonia are my biggest enemy.
i f treated in the 2 -3 first days, its ok, antibiotiker are solving the prob in 24 hours, but even after 3 days in a pneumonia state, i feel i can’t breath just if i stand up
