  • You can give some time to meditation apart from the ongoing medical treatments. You can feel better than what you are now. It makes you prone to the habit of being addicted. After all it’s your precious life and you have live it for yourself as well as for your family. Also it’s better to treat yourself more than any other medical aid. If you make a resolution to sort this problem then go with it to prove yourself rather than searching for something else.

    Meredith.

I am a regular user of ‘Legal Highs’. If i am to be honest i am addicted to them and they have fucked up my memory but i can’t stop because simply there is no help there to stop taking legal highs. Went to my GP and they said i would have to quit Physically and Mentally alone because there is no treatments to these ‘Legal Highs’, I wish someone somewhere could help me simply because i’ve been literally lured into this Phase where if i try to stop i get really angry and pissed off. Cravings don’t disapeer. HELP? ANYONE? PLEASE!

I’m sorry but you’ve been bullshitted by your GP. Drug addiction is drug addiction, whether it’s legally or illegally obtained. They offer support for alcohol addiction so of course help is available for you. You need to revisit your doc, or see another one, and tell them (not ask) that you want help.

Is it mainly RC stimulants you take by any chance?

I knew it! That’s what i thought all along. I just needed to hear it, Gonna try another doctor ASAP. I combine ‘Stimulants’ and ‘Incense’ together usually. sometimes if i’m in the mood i’d take pellets.

Stimulants are the worse man, especially RC stimulants as no-one knows the long term effects. Chances are though the vast majority are pretty damaging in the long run; unfortunately most stimulants are quite taxing on the mind and body. Not that I’m preaching or anything, I love my MDMA lol.

Your best bet really is to regain your will power and do it yourself though. Doing it through the NHS (or even privately) will take months of being on a waiting list before they decide to even look at your case, all that time you will likely still be harming yourself with your addiction.

Easier said than done, I know I’ve been there, but just say no. Keep yourself occupied with other tasks, anything! I’ve recently found my old Gameboy advance so I bought some Pokemon games just as something new to distract me from times that I want a joint lol (I smoke way too much weed and trying to cut down).

I’ve put a deposit on a games console for myself (PSVita), I’m thinking that should do the trick. I’ve been thinking about smoking ‘Marijuana’ but limiting my usage of it. The people i know only sell grass for at least £12.50 a gram which i find really expensive. I love MDMA too 🙂 i can only afford 2g’s every 1 1/2 Weeks tho.

Alcohol addiction is a serious problem as it has widespread effects on an individual’s life. Addiction can lead to issues with relationships, health, and retaining employment. Finding the residential center that provides the best Alcohol Rehab Treatment Programs can be difficult, fortunately, with the assistance of Good Future Rehab Center, recovery is possible.

Really it is a very bad Alcohol addiction is a serious problem as it has widespread effects on an individual’s life.

Hi there….am new here just today and saw your post and you mentioned your liver. You would be wise to stop now if you have liver damage. I have a drunks liver and didn’t drink. I got auto immune disease which caused the cirrhosis and am on cancer meds to try and stop the cancer before it starts and other different meds for it. This is NO WHERE to be. I never thought I’d cork out because of a rotten liver, but never say never. I was stunned to say the least when I found out. Miserable doesn’t BEGIN to describe this. From there it starts causing all kinds of other delightful things…..IT BLOWS. I am 57 and there are days when I wish I was in my urn instead of sitting here. The only thing I can say is it would be wise to wean off and STAY OFF. Much luck to you my friend. Please do it.
