Got rid of the Volvo FH16, was too boring, slow and cuntish to be of any joy to me, So I sold it and got this instead

Its a T730, scania never made a T series after the T2009R. This is a ‘what would have been’ mod, yes it has 16 exhaust outlets hahaha.
The mod itself comes with a massive Zip. full of real engine recordings and sounds, so no tinny noise for me. One thing I will say about the mod is it NEEDS a better stearing unit, its very slow to turn and 3 turns to lock is too much to deal with, especially when navigating a tight Hungarian back road becuase your stupid sat nav (with angry nazi woman on it) told you you’d get down this road no problem. YEAH………NO PROBLEM, my arse.

The latest update is now available, version 1.9.22 and it really is a fantastic update, no more glitchy rendering issues, no more headlight issues and the AI traffic is now modeled on real traffic scenario’s, so no more crawling along at 10mph under the speed limit for 1/2 a mile after the ‘end of national limit’ sign has been passed.
Also SCS have added simulated ‘cab roll’, this is what is says, when the truck is at idle, acceleration or cornering the cab itself is suspended on a great big airbed basically, only because the shock absorbers would have to be enormous to support the weight of the cab and chassis.

This is a video demonstrating just how far you can ‘lean’ a truck over without it falling over, there not as top heavy as you’d think, and you can do some pretty crazy driving maneuvers in a truck too…….
