Sleep Injuries?

Does anyone here hurt them selves whilst sleeping?

I do regularly, I woke up this morning and had pulled my shoulder in my sleep. I’ve twisted my knee many times b4 whilst sleeping (to the point I’ve not been able to walk on that leg for 2-3 days!), sprained my ankle, wrist, cricked my neck and pulled my back out before too!

WTF is that all about? I must go running in my sleep or something. :s

lol well i half woke up once in the middle of night i wasnt quite awake nor asleep and head butted the corner of my bed for some strange reason (must of been having a bad dream or something), left me with quite a nasty cut on my forehead lol

I’ve gotten leg spasms a few times before… Arrrgh they’re awfull… Worst thing to wake up to to start of your day =l… But atleast I know it can only get better from there onwards 😀

I head butted the bottom of my mates bed once

I’d passed out on his floor and some how ended up with me asleep under his bed, woke up, head up, ouch

far too much cider the night before

Marcus is often threatened with violence whilst he is asleep as he snores…. a lot

My old dear was recently in Sweden and got to stay in the ice hotel. She slipped out of the bed while being a twat and bruised up her back. This wasn’t subconcious however, this was the result of idiocy… still, it’s to do with injuries and a bed, so yeah…

i fell out of bed in Germany……Bang Crash! No biggy

woke up in the mOrn with a perfectly placed ash-Tray impression BRUISE on my rumP…it even had the grooves where ye sit yer fag……4 notches in a circlce..

its was fuckin puRple kool..

ye get me?
