great trip till my maTes bumped me and i ended up in a taXi oot ma box and i didnae ken where i was staying!!

I wake up with a numb something or other every night.. it gets worse as you get older 😛

Oh I used to get that alot when I was drinking more and not doing excersize, I’d wake up with compleatly numb limbs what I couldn’t move lmao … rarely happens now tho thanks god as it’s horrible!

I think I’ve torn a muscle in my shoulder (for the second time in as many months :cry:) It’s well painfull today:(

an ex of mine used to properly start beating on me in her sleep, just rarely enough that we still shared a bed, but fuck me waking up getting battered isn’t nice haha

Apparently I hit one of my ex’s in my sleep … it was a kinda turning over in my sleep and arm twatting her across her face … she told me she got really pissed off and punched me back as i’d disturbed her sleep … i didn’t even wake up lol.

tell me about it, this morning (well, afternoon) I woke up and fuckin hell, my thighs were so tense and sore. My body is getting to old for all this physical exertion lark hahaha

i woke up with my big toe locked at a strange angle once and couldnt seem to unlock it for the best part of 30 seconds. was pretty painful if i can remember correctly. dont know how it happened haha

I get cramp in my foot as well .. but it’s half my foot not just one toe … it’s nasty man, ever since i fucked my back up it happens loads .. i can just be sitting there minding my own business then my foot turns into a claw as all my toes curl up and go stiff lol … something to do with the nerve in my back what gets trapped i assume.

cramp in the toes is one of the most painful things I have ever experienced. It nearly cripples me when it happens
