  • Apparently the church uses legal highs, well not exactly but their incense could be classed as one if the new law comes in :

Could church incense be banned as ?legal high?? – Telegraph

Despite their being 40,000 deaths a year from alchohol and 114,000 from tobacco they get a pass but as this article says dozens of deaths from legal highs and its panic stations. What a load of bull this government is.

coincidentally when I was researching the effects of Salvia and where it was permitted; I unearthed info that a South American tribe (presumably one the Jesuits protected from Spanish colonisation many years ago) is allowed to have a combination of traditional animal worship and a full Roman Catholic Mass; as well as taking not just Savlia but many other psychedelic mushrooms/cacti.

it is not clased as a schism or an indulgence for “backward foreigners” but a valid offshoot of the Catholic Church; 100% Vatican approved! The Policia wherever they are don’t think its a crime either used in this method.

The only thing I couldn’t work out is what they wanted with the Salvia when they were permitted much more fun chemicals. As first I thought it was because they had some leopards and cats like it; so they could scatter the stuff about and pray in the open (nice and warm there) and not get eaten; but the medium size cats in South America aren’t big enough to eat humans and can be tamed with enough effort.

I guess it is for the bit where you must strike your chest and say “through my fault, through my fault, through my most grevious fault / door mijn schuld / door mijn schuld / door mijn grote schuld (NL)” and repent your daily sins at Compline/Completen….

Can someone grad a copy of the article please, bloody thing says I’ve reached my limit of articles I can read.

on the Torygraph? didn’t think they had a paywall but wouldn’t surprise me

    maybe this deeplink wiill work

Great, will be peaceful here for the rest of the day :laugh_at::laugh_at::laugh_at:

LOL, 2 secs while I disconnect my VPN and read the article where it is lol.

Well, maybe it will make religion less attractive if they can’t go waving incense around.

could make it more interesting if they used weed instead of incense 😀

Definitely would, maybe they’d realize what a set of outrageous bastards they’ve been in the name of a sadistic fairytale.

They prob use Herbal incense for long time 😀 how other way they could gather so many pp :D:big-joint:

Since it has been done for a long period of time, it doesn’t appear like they will do anything about it.

Take a look at the wine in a 5 year old kids first communion.

Think you’ll find cannabid and pscillocybin, mescaline and DMT have been around a LOT longer than any man made toxic drink that gets you pissed, and are they legal and did the government care? did they fuck.

Yet another wordls dumbest and wrongest post

I didn’t know the priests had used cannabis before as you more or less say it tryp (if i read your post just as well as you read hers).

I think she meant that insense/wine have been used by the churs for a long time and they probably would not change anything about it :/

I read her;s right Mrs. She seems to be saying that cos the church have been swinging incense around for a long time then they shall be allowed to continue, just as everyone is allowed to drink themselves to death because its been around a long time.

Now if you read and understood my post you understand I meant that every one of those psychoactive compounds is found in nature, has been around probably an order of magnitiude longer than alcohol and has 100% without a doubt killed fewer people.

I read it like she don’t think they will change it. Not that she agrees about it

But I guess we all read things differently.
