Definitely Malaysia, I think Indonesia and Thailand also have similar penalties.

they can ask for clemency but the FCO has no power to compel a sovereign country not to enforce its laws how it sees fit, and the administrations of some countries that were part of the Empire often particularly resent being asked to “tolerate” crime committed on their soil by a citizen of the former Imperial power.
Brits and other Westerners have been executed in the past.
The current generations in power in SE Asia can remember when the former colonial masters sat and took drugs whilst using the natives as slaves. They aren’t going to forgive and forget this for many years (maybe 20-40 years before there is any change).
In many situations the “best case” is still doing half the time in a foreign jail and the rest in a British one, and there are rumours of people being deliberately infected with contagious diseases in SE Asian jails (although TBH I think it is often more to do with unsanitary conditions)
