plan to take passion flower and valerian root at high doses to try n make myself sleepy. first to turn this protein i just munched out into muscle.

then i dunno what to do… read psychology, produce music and my DJ/live production set, just dj and record mixes…. or just chat shit online or watch films and shit tv?

i need more time in the day…. i have so much plans but so little time.

very very very very happily, none.

I do not even remember ingesting sugar!!

I woke up, drank lots of water, longboarded to tesco to buy a salad but it just shut… fuckers. then went to other shop and it was small so was fuck all in it so got coleslaw.. went home made coleslaw sandwich for breakfast/lunch. then had a massive stew for din dins and plan to have more ASAP for supper. been doing weights all day, reading random internet shit, texting gals and sessioning streets of rage 3 + the SOR3 OST!! epic techno mang…

oh and obviously been musicin’ it up all day and givin peeps advice n shit…

+ pretty epic fb joke about painting a room psychedelic with a picture but if anyone on my fb reads this don’t give the game away, play along!! LOLZERS
