wrt subutex you should leave taking it for as long as possible after the last dose of heroin as its bad to mix them.

A forum or a web site dedicated to coming off gear would be a better place imo. The last thing on my mind when I was getting off gear was free partys.
In fact the free party scene in Manchester around 1999 -2002 was very negative towards me when I was on smack.

a quarter g a day habit is difficult to ascertain. when i was using that much, i stopped cold and was fine within 4 or 5 days, nothing worse than having a bad cold and diarrhoea anyway, but i wonder if chinese wag isn’t that much stronger the south london gear
