3 wise women? A SANDWICH shop has been banned from selling bacon butties after a vegetarian complained about the "vile" smell.
Sizzlers Sandwich Bar in Stamford Square, Ashton under Lyne, was issued with an enforcement notice following complaints from neighbour Anthony Goodwin.
Owners Steven and Linda Male have been warned they will be committing a criminal offence if they carry on making the traditional breakfast favourite, which they sell to customers for £1.
The couple have described the order banning them from selling hot food as "completely ridiculous" and say it will have a major impact on their livelihood.
But council officials insist the enforcement notice is justified because the shop has not followed the correct planning procedure.
Mr Goodwin has been living next door to the shop for 10 years and says he was never troubled until the Males took over a year ago and started selling bacon butties.
The 40-year-old former pub singer, who performed under the stage name Tony Wayne, said: "I've spent £3,000 on my garden to make it nice for my daughter but we can't use it now because it stinks.
"You can't have the windows or doors open so you're basically locked in your house. It's vile. I shouldn't be in this situation. I've lived in my home for 10 years then they came along and caused all this

Legal and illegal pills Ive found this site which sells legal alternatives to E pills and stuff to help take away the come down off pills. But i dunno weather to trust them... but my question is, does legal pills have the same effect as illegal ones? as i doubt you could get the same trip without all the crap you get in normal E
Anybody tried the ‘Feel Pildup’ Super Pills? http://www.wellcoolstuff.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=SPFP&Category_Code=SP1
I brought some of these the other day and I was wondering if they were any good, and how they compare to the PEP pills.
techies – extending life of an old PC by migrating to Linux The PC I am currrently posting this on is an old Pentium III with 384MB of RAM, various random hard drives (about 40 GB total) plus a USB2.0 external drive (160GB) connected to a Belkin USB2.0 card..
(Its a Dell Dimension L866r)
This is old (my other PC is a newish laptop); and is currently running Windows 2000. Its getting to the stage where ite becoming a bit clunky; but I don't want to spend more money on hardware upgrades at the moment and would like to use this as a sort of server on my home network for storing multimedia files etc.
When I lived in Reading me and my mates tried setting up a Linux box for our network in a shared house but it turned out to be more complicated (especially as it was done over weekends when we were all quite mashed) and eventually the guy who owned it went back to Windoze...
Would this new distribution of Linux that I read about on Wikipedia be any good for the purposes I mentioned?

my thoughts on trolling
Quote:
Whether 'tis nobler to suffer
the inanity of outrageous questions
Or to kick out the offending party
And by banning, end them. To write, to post --
No more -- and by a ban to say we end
The headaches, and the thousand gobsmacked shocks
That trolls are prone to. 'Tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wished. To ban, to rid --
To rid -- perchance to perm; ay, there's the rub
For in that ban of perm what fun may come
When we have shuffled off this silly troll,
Must give us pause. Without respect
Trolls make calamity and such long threads.
For who would bear the derision widespread,
The masses wronged, the good threads ruined,
The pangs of despised politics unargued,
The insolence and offense, and the spurns
That patient merit of his unworthy fakes
When he himself fecal matter rakes
WIth a bare faced lie? Who would hapless bear,
To moan and groan through weary tired threads,
But that the dread of being seen as fools,
Of an undiscovered level, from whose bourn,
No reputation returns, puzzles the will,
And makes us rather bear those ills we have,
Than make them fly to other places on the net?
Thus conscience does make cowards of the troll,
And thus the native hue of resolution
Is sicklied o'er with the pale cast of thought,
And enterprise of great pitch and moment
With this regard their currents turn awry
And lose the name of action. -- Ban you now,
The troll despicable! -- Troll, in thy orisons
Be all your sins remembered
Superb and very apt!
