[Alarm clock sounds] Michael has been lying in bed for the last hour continuously hitting the snooze button on the top of his alarm. He has his alarm set for 6:25am and he is supposed to be to work by 7:30, but by now he has hit the snooze button several times and is running late.

Now turning it off completely Michael gets up in his groggy and sleepy state to call into work sick; his boss, Frank, picks up. “Yeah, um, I’m not going to be able to come in today. I’m not feeling well.”
“Alright Michael but just know that you don’t have to call in sick, you can say what is really going on if it will help. I’m here to help whenever you or anyone else here needs it.”
“Okay, Thanks.” Michael, hanging up the phone, walks to the island in the middle of the kitchen to start making his coffee. He puts the ground up coffee into the coffee maker and sets it for 3 minutes and opens up the refrigerator behind him to find something to eat. He settles on the first thing he sees, a microwavable Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich. He grabs a plate from the cabinet and unwraps the sandwich, then sets it inside the microwave and sets it to cook for a minute fifty seconds.
“Beep…Beep…Beep…” His sandwich is ready and as is his coffee, so he walks back to the microwave to get his food and takes a mug with him to pour his coffee into. When he sits back down at the island he turns on the little wall mounted TV and flips through channel after channel until he finds the morning news. Taking brief glances at the TV while he eats his sandwich, he realizes what’s on the news, another big city crime, or so he thinks. Not thinking about it, Michael takes a sip of his burning hot coffee, “AH SHIT THAT WAS FUCKING HOT!” scorching the inside of his throat. Then he hears the fateful words on the news cast, “Sara Laney was found this morning…”

FAKE MANDY LONDON??? NEED ADVICE I have just bought an 8th mandy, and this mandy looks seriously like great mandy, and has a smell too. You could easily pass it off to some one as mandy because of the colour, the smell, the mix of crystals. I took one look at it and looked just like my previous batch of another guy. Big rocks but made up of classic looking mdma crystal. I was very happy when I bought it...
But when I got home I got my over year old marquis tester and I put it on and it fizzed like good mdma but the colour that seeped from the reaction was a pure yellow colour and the final left over dissolved crystal was brown (just a tin, but not a mda or mdma brown, just burnt reminance of the reaction I guess.
I was praying it was my marquis getting out of date as it's a little brown. So I got my last left overs of real mandy and good pill I had. I tested them both and the mandy fizzed for just under a second before seeping deep black into the marquis. I test a pill to and that also went purple to black with less reaction, so my marquis works for my other stuff.
So I thought it might just a one off in the creation of the rocks/crystals - so I tested about 7 samples from all the different parts of my 8th. And the same it just turns yellow for every test. No hint of black - absolutely nothing, just fizing then yellow result.
I've been testing for years and taking mandy for about 8 years. I've seen alot over my time but never something so deceiving, which is worrying because I don't know if this is dangerous. Has anyone seen this "mdma" before or have any advice for me?

Coming Off Heroin: E-Babe’s Rehab Diary Hi,
I am a 29 year old male in the Thames Valley area. I am an Opiate addict currently on Methodone. I was never abused as a child and I have a loving familly. We would be the statistical example (2.4 children, 2 cars nearing 3 etc). I am gay, but don't let that determin why I turned to heroin in the first place.
I got into drugs by peer pressure. I always hanged arround with older kids than me when I was younger, they were more interesting and sensible than people of my age. I started smoking pot at 13, speed at 14. My school was shite, because I was gay I was a prime target for verbal abuse - but I never let it get to me. LSD and then Extasy was the next drug of choice. For a solid 3 years every weekend I ate pills and speed and then got onto selling them to make even more friends. The trick worked. Towards the end of my party lifestyle (aged 19ish) I became parranoid. For sometime after stopping all chemicals and pot I was still parranoid - There was no end. My partner at the time asked to borrow my car to score - I pressured him to tell me what he was getting - Heroin. I passed him £15 and I drove him to go and get it. That was my first time smoking heroin and I loved it. My parranoia stopped sudenly and I felt good about myself. OK, I was sick everwhere but that was a small price to pay when you are finally happy.
Every weekend I did smack. Then I would do some on the Monday and then on Wednesday until I started to have stomach cramps, constipation, tears streaming from my eyes (detox symptom). it took over my life. I stole from my familly, did crime to fund my habit and sold drugs to fund my addiction.
Now, I have a criminal record and not much to show for a 29 year old man.
I aim to enusre that people out there are aware of what troubles Heroin addiction or indeed any opiate could do. I don't want this to appear like a public confession either rather just my experience and if someone like a concerned parent, friend of someone who is an addict or if the person reading this themselves are addicts then I hope you will take something positive from my experience and apply it to your lives.

UK : LDN : West end shop window swarmed with 5000 bees. I didn't realise they kept bees on the roof of Westminster Cathedral (though it seems as good a place as any to do so...)
Trained beekeepers had to tackle a 5,000-strong swarm of honeybees surrounding a central London store.
The insects were smoked out after gathering around a sign in front of a store in Victoria Street earlier.
Tony Mann, a trained beekeeper, said the bees were flying around the areas "like scouts".
The bees were moved to nearby Westminster Cathedral, where they will be looked after by beekeepers on the church's roof.
