Bleeding gums: Early stages of meth mouth? So I've got a question... I've been smoking for over two years on and off. Typically, I'll go on a binge for a week, and then stay clean anywhere from days to months. Only recently, after a 6 month break, I fell really hard into using and smoke nearly every day.
I have never experienced the skin-picking or meth mouth, which are two possible symptoms of using which absolutely terrify me. Only now I'm starting to notice my gums are bleeding like crazy...
They are constantly sore and my teeth seem fragile and brittle. I have never experienced this before and am hoping that there's someone who could offer some oral care advice for a functioning addict. I read a couple threads regarding supplements and other types of care for the body, but when it comes to this problem, I really don't know what to do.
I brush my teeth regularly, or even more than normal because of my habit, but now when I do, it's extremely unpleasant and painful and I wind up spitting out tons of blood. Maybe I should try a different method of administration? Is it the smoking that's causing the problem? How do I take care of my mouth?

We are a team from the Geneva University Hospital making study about sexuality and the online dating.
This research is not necessarily intended for the people with problems with the dating or the sexuality, but for anyone who is visiting on a regular basis dating websites, or websites which contain sexual elements.
Our research has non judgemental character, we are just trying to collect knowledge about how people use this kind of services , their social and psychological profiles, their motivation and attitudes towards meeting people and sexuality.
Your participation in this research is extremely valuable in the light of understanding the nature of the sexuality and the online dating.
Your participation is strictly voluntary. You do not have to answer the questions which you do not want to answer, and you may quit any of the questionnaires at any time. Your participation is confidential. Only the immediate research team will be given access to the raw data collected from this questionnaire. All data will be stored electronically in the Addiction department of Geneva University hospital's server in accordance with ethical research protocols.

SAN FRANCISCO – The hard yards in developing 400Gbps Ethernet are about to start as the IEEE's 400G Ethernet study group seeks approval of the project documentation it's been developing since April 2013.
The study group said in 2013 that the 400G standard "will address, but is not limited to, aggregation and high-bandwidth interconnect in these key application areas: cloud-scale datacentres, Internet exchanges, co-location services, wireless infrastructure, service provider and operator networks, and video distribution infrastructure."
The product is expected in the 2016-2017 time frame.
