      Staff

Well i dont know you and you dont know me..

But i’m still very glad, that you are okay.

Best wishes and a lot of love:love:

      Angel

good to see you are doing well e-babes:bounce_fl

IMO it is incredibly good going on your part to manage to reduce your intake of methadone from 60 to 40 as it is very tough going to do so – so well done and keep up the good work:horay::horay::horay::horay::horay:

slow and steady does it and i have confidence you will get there:bigsmile::bigsmile:

i think this thread haS been very useful to others and your frankness is what has reached others the best

i am sorry you wont be able to pitch your tent but maybe something will come thorough for you

in the meantime why not check out

http://www.crew2000.co.uk/ who are based in scotland

they might be able to put you in touch with a similar organisation in your area and if nothing else the information on their site may be useful to you as a drug awareness counsellor as that is what they all do and have been doing for years

all the best and keep up the good work

Ever thought about Subutex instead? It is working wonders for me. Plus, the gear just don’t work when you take it due to the receptor thingy me jingys.

Good luck, i know how hard it is. 12 years on MMT and know 2months on subby.

      hey Agent Subby

well done for getting off the gear:horay::horay::horay::horay::horay::horay:

would you have any advice for anyone trying to clean up? anything that worked particularly well for you? 😉

      and again – well done

      Cheers Raj:bigsmile:

the only advice i can give is to have a relapse prevention plan eg; erase all dealers no’s from phone, do the things you enjoyed before junkiedom, exercise (great for getting those natural endorphins going), a good diet and supplements, keeping away from the so called friends you only knew when you were on the gear and start to socialise with none users. I’ve got to reduce from the subutex pretty soon as it’s still a strong opiod.

      Thanks again.

how did you keep that script steady while travelling back and forth to India?

      can’t have been easy

      Namaste.

Whilst on the MMT I was still using gear and In India as you probably know, the gear (now white, was brown when first went in 93) is VERY cheap. At the last count, a gram of white smack was 800 rupees. But to answer your question “how did you keep that script steady while travelling back and forth to India”?

      Easy! Understanding GP!

And do you know what you can buy OTC in India?

      Shanti shanti.

massive respect to those who have stayed off, ive never tried it but have lost 2 reasonably close friends (both ex raving buddies) and also a friend of my bro-in-law.

      stay happy

      stay clean!

Good luck with the subbies. I hear they can be the perfect answer. Unfortunately, my liver is buggered so subutex are no good for me:cry: but many friends have got clean with them, and also my key worker, so they must be doing something right!

thats rough Somna but you can do it :bounce_fl:bounce_fl:bounce_fl

My liver is pretty buggered but my key worker has not mentioned to me that it is toxic to the liver.

I will have to question my script with her next week. Thanks for the info. Somna and take care. 😉
