yeah .. in reality i not gonna quit … i just quit drinking and cigs are my only salvation atm … so will take the healthy option and smoke the e-cig .. then quit that when i am ready:wink:

Im still on the low menthol carts. Doesn’t taste nothing like menthol tho. Might have to follow your example and get some refill juice. Can you use any old cart to refill then? :love:
yup – jup just drip like 3-5 when it feels like it’s running out – reckon it works out about 2.5 fags (ish!)
you can drop 2 drips straight onto the atomiser too – gives good vapour and flavour but I believe makes it more likely to kill the atomiser quicker

I know it might sound like i sell these ecigs but they really do save you money. I bought a months supply of ‘carts/smoke’ for 11 pounds. The initial price of one is a bit high but after that it’s well cheap. Honestly they do work! 😉
