ive finally quited smoking, must be 7.8.or 9 weeks in whitch is pretty much 2 months, the first 3 weeks are hard cos ur still physically addicted, and when i mean stop smoking i mean not even a toke really, it can be done, its just allll in the brain, you dont need ecigs or alan carr, all u need is will power and i know that even if i do have a toke, ill just be letting myself down and thats it!

Congrats on the two months mate!! Btw, i have an Ecig not cos I’m trying to give up but so i can get nicotine more healthily. I still love my nicotine! :love:

A bit of both really. I think the ecig does help in the respect that while i still need nicotine, I can go for ages before using it and don’t get the physical pangs that i got off conventional ciggs! :bounce_fl

Yeah getting fit is the one, i feel much more happier these days! 😉

Good for you. I quit about 3 years ago. It is only this year that I have started to allow myself to have silk cut ultra in my joints.

Ecigs were in the news today. They are bad for children and children shouldn’t use them. Did i miss something here? Of course children are not meant to fucking use them, it says on the box 18+ just as real ciggs are not meant to be used by children, Where do these people come from? :crazy_diz

They’re (media) making out that Ecigs are worse than conventional ciggs. Makes me laugh, Someone at work today commented on them so i asked if he had ever used one, No was the reply but he read about the dangers in the sun. What a absolute twat!!! :you_crazy

Yes I did, but I did notice something.

The nicotine in the cartridges is a lot:

‘Low’: 11mg
‘Medium’: 14mg
‘High’: 18mg

Lamberts have 0.9mg, so I swear these cheeky devils are getting us more addicted then ever.
