  • So this multi universe theory, we are all born into the same family/culture or what? And in one universe I could be murdering, stealing, having sex, etc.. Right now?
What if one of me dies? Does that impact me in someway or another?

If what I’m assuming the multi universe theory is what it is, then sounds like shit to me lol

No, there’s just an infinite amount of universes containing an infinite amount of possibilities. They aren’t linked.
And Religion doesn’t sound like shit? Right..

Well not really, because I believe there has to be a point to life, just like there is a point and meaning that you do something everyday, in my eyes its inevitable that life is a game/test and we will find out what happens once we die…

An infinite amount of universes, I mean it could be possible but then the test wouldn’t be valid, why would there be an infinite of you doing different things at different times. You only have one life, so there wouldn’t be another you, that’s my theory

That’s your beliefs and i’m not saying they’re wrong but imo that’s a load of crap. Again, this is, in my opinion, just because people can’t accept life for what it is. We live, we die, shit happens in between, it is what you make of it.

Meh I suppose your ways of thinking aren’t really compatible with it then, but for me it creates fantastic ideas and possibilities.

But if that’s the case we may as well all just not bother getting up in the morning, of course it’s what you make of it and what there is to make of it after too.

How would it create fantastic ideas and possibilities for you if you can’t control, see or even know if these multi universes even exist? Surely what you do here has no effect on them or vice versa?

No, because I want to enjoy what time I have here. That’s the point – for me there is no after.

I don’t mean the other universes create possibilities for me, I mean I find the possibilities that could happen in them fascinating, as they literally are limitless.

Fair enough, they are endless, you could be the king of the entire world or universe in a fair few of them or nothing at all, but that’s just like me imagining what I could or could’ve been if I was someone else, or thought like someone different, in a different moment of time or in a different country.

It’s not just about me though.. in many of them I don’t even exist. Infact a lot of what would happen is probably unimaginable at this stage..

Sometimes I think theists should try and find fulfillment on earth instead of seeking something supernatural.

    The universe is marvelous.
You could marvel at it your entire life and still find something even more marvelous with each day.
