  • Remember, young females tend to spend a lot more effort in preening and grooming. If you end up looking attractive at the end of it (and attraction is relative, tastes can vary with mood) then it can be daunting to “be in the spotlight”.

Models and similar role models often end up lonelier because too much of anything can be daunting. It’s very noticeable how couples tend to have similar levels of beauty/attraction.

Then again, ending up looking a fool is no barrier to some people. Live performers have to go under the spotlight – and tend to be more jealous of their privacy. Actually it’s a different ball game when you are in the public eye.

It’s a different ball game when you play hard n fast with the law too. Remember that. Cops know more about coercion and reading expression than you would imagine.I’m not saying all cops are bad people. It’s more of a case that, because they have to deal with people who are feeling violent and angry, they get better at the game of using force. They call it “necessary force.” Reading fleeting expressions – “empathy” – can be learned and taught. Even done to a momentary “look”, not a stare.

The cops get very upset when you use “necessary force” on them though. 😉

Just remember the 11th commandment, as used by many people;- “Though shalt not get caught doing any of the above or you are in BIG trouble.” Honesty is the ONLY policy. That doesn’t mean you have to tell people everything, but telling lies and deceits is a sure fired loser. Lying to yourself is also a terrible thing, as is living a lie.

I have a poor memory so I find a prolonged stare is often necessary in order to properly lock the moment in the wank bank.

Pat- i’m finding it hard to understand your comment it just kinda seems as though its off the subject (i’m sure it won’t be)

Damn that’s gonna annoy me now, is a comedian (possibly Ross Noble but I can’t be sure) that explains a very similar situation where they get all the social actions in the wrong order due to nerves. Sees an attractive member of opposite sex, stares until gains their attention, freaks out when eye contact is made so looks down, remembers that a smile and offering a drink would be the better thing to do, smiles at crotch and asks if it wants a drink, realises that they’re still looking down so goes back to penetrating stare before raising head and seeing target individual is still watching him but now with an anxious look on their face.

Concludes that making yourself look like a deranged rapist prior to approaching potential partner is not a great technique so simply walks away. Which probably only reinforced whatever thoughts they had on him lol.

that sounds funny i cant find a youtube vid with it

Tbh I’m really not sure which comic said it, Ross Noble is what a bit of my brain says but he’s crazy and it’s probably someone completely different. If I remember (unlikely) I will add a link in for you.

Well, I am only responsible for what I communicate. I am not responsible for what people understand.

Let’s try again – girls make ’em selves look attractive.

Girl gets attention but finds it “daunting” for one reason and another… but the attention goes with the attraction factor.

Get used to it, because people “like cops” tend to do a lot of staring and similar coercive measures which some people take as intimidation.

Ya dig now? How you deal with attention is down to you. Just complaining about it when it’s 50% your own fault isn’t very grown up.

Yeah makes more sense now, I dunno where the chick who started this post has gone … I guess sometimes ya can’t help being born good lookin though, i myself never really bother to scrub up 😎
People are just stare bears, one word of advice to the threader though – Don’t look at them, to see if they’re looking at you, because they are looking at you, to see if you’re looking at them! 😉
