- bad first experience with E Ok so i took ecstasy for the first time last night. I only took one pill and it was a white nike. I took the pill at around 12:30 along with one of my friends. Everyone that I was with said it was going to take about an hour to kick in. So after an hour my friend was already rolling but i didn't feel anything. Not until about 2 hours afterwards did I experience the first signs of it kicking in, but they would only last for 30 seconds or so then i would feel normal again. Finally after 3 and half hours and smoking a bowl it finally kicked in for real. It was around 3-4 in the morning by this time and i was having a really good time. We left where we were at and I went back to my dorm by myself around 5 and was rolling really good. I knew i wouldnt be able to sleep so i just stayed up and listened to music and what not. At around 8 in the morning i finally decided i would try to get some sleep even though i still wasnt very tired. I ended up laying in my bed til 1 in the afternoon, getting up a few times to go to the bathroom, and just couldnt fall asleep. I then started to bug myself out a little because it felt like i was still rolling, not as intensely as before but it was now 13 hours after i had taken it and i still didnt feel normal by any means. I felt my heart beating really hard, but at normal speed, and it kind of scared me into thinking that my heart beat was just getting faster and faster. I finally just had to get up out of my bed so i could calm down. It is now 8pm (20hrs after i took the pill) and i still don't feel any different then this morning and am still pretty thirsty. I'm really hoping that if i finally get some sleep that I will feel normal again when i wake up. I'm not sure if i should take some sort of sleeping pills later tonite or just try to fall asleep normally though. Any feedback would be appreciated thanks.

- uK : Wales/Cymru : Another protest against a Tetra mast unfortunately I doubt this protest will have any effect whatsoever, Airwave has been so successful in England it is going to be rolled out in Wales whatever people may say. As for experiments, in England they have already experimented on the cops - and sacrificed at least one serving police officer (a bobby in Leicestershire died of cancer shortly after being an early adopter of the airwave radio system, ossibly due to a badly designed hands-free kit). That is how far the authorities are prepared to go to ensure the cops have the efficient and robust communications required to keep down any "social problems." Hundreds at Tetra protest march More than 300 pupils and parents from most of Haverfordwest's schools have marched on the town's police station in protest at a communication mast there. Campaigners say they have health fears over emissions from the Tetra mast which will improve radio links for the emergency services. Protesters said the mast was too near schools, nurseries and a home for OAPs. The company behind the mast said it was safe and it would replace two more powerful analogue transmitters there. O2 Airwave said it had no plans to move it but Dyfed-Powys Police said the station was a temporary location for the mast. We are not prepared for our children to be experimented on. Protester Kirsty Watson The Tetra system is being rolled across Wales and England to provide police forces and other agencies with more reliable and secure communications. Parents claimed the police station was too close to eight primary and secondary schools in Haverfordwest and a more sensitive site should have chosen. 02 Airwave said in light of concerns it had applied for planning permission to place it at the town's Hawthorne Rise telephone exchange but was refused in the face of strong opposition. On Friday parents and pupils of all ages converged on the police station at the end of the school day chanting "Stop tetra, stop it now". Many waved banners and placards while some wore silver foil hats. Kirsty Watson, whose daughter Tess attends Mount Airey school said: "We can't understand why it's near to all the schools in the area. "We are not prepared for our children to be experimented on. "We know we can't stop tetra coming to the county but we can stop it being near the schools." Shelly Hawkridge, whose son Josh attends Glancleddau school, said: "We're here today to get the mast moved. "There are plenty of schools, nurseries, crèches and old people's homes in the area and they could not have picked a worse place to put it. "We understand there are other sites where it could have gone." A spokesman for 02 said there was no evidence to suggest the masts were not safe and they had been placed on over 100 police stations in the UK to date. The 21-year-old girl was caught by police from changzamtog area after her brother in-law reported to the police. She said she had bought the dendrite to mend her shoes. However she admitted that she tried it. Her brother in-law told the police that she has been seen sniffing dendrite last year also. The number of youth sniffing dendrite or smoking marijuana is increasing, especially in the capital Thimphu. [/font][font=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]This week alone, police appredended about 15 boys most of them between 15-22 years old. Captain Tashi Phuntsho of Rural Police told BBS that most were caught in Taba, Zilukha, Changjiji and Lungtenphu areas. Recently, the police night patrolling team caught 4 young boys sniffing dendrite and smoking marijuana. Police told BBS that the two most commonly used substances are dendrite and marijuana. Most of the boys who are caught engaged in these habits were either unemployed or from broken families. Captain Dorji Khandu of the Thimphu City Police said the nightclubs that have sprung up in the capital town contribute to the increasing number of substance abusers. Meanwhile the police have intensified night patrolling to curb the situation. Thimphu police are also investigating an attempted rape of a class IX student. The two men who have been detained by the police for stealing car stereos were caught by police during night patrolling.
