Social and Community Mediation-involves an Advisory Bureau for Social and Community Mediation (ABSCM), which is inscribed in a multi-disciplinary interest and participation from local and International partners. The partnership consolidates knowledge (theoretical and operative) in the field of mediation from different countries: UK, Italy, France,Switzerland, Germany, Spain and Portugal. It integrates Universities,Associations, Training Institutes, and staff of Professional/Academics. This factor enhances a variety of target audiences in terms of training, research and intervention, which is an asset for the Advisory Bureau for Social and Community Mediation project implementation.
On a local level HP-MOS will be running courses on:Definitions of community mediation, Service providers, provision and users of mediation and quality standards in mediation. The project duration is (2012-2014).

No hands A Chinese hospital in Nanjing, capital of Jiangsu Province, has introduced a new machine that makes sperm donation even easier- an automatic sperm extractor. I’m all for hands-free technology, but have scientists gone a little too far with this invention?The effortless machine features a massage pipe that can be adjusted to suit the height of the user. All the gentleman has to do is plug in the frequency, amplitude and temperature and off they go. It’s also fitted with a small screen for those feeling uninspired.
According to the director of the urology department of the hospital, the machine is designed to help individuals that are finding it difficult to retrieve sperm the old fashioned way. We're not entirely convinced that standing in a room shared by many other people and being milked like a cow is going to help, but their efforts are commendable. Here’s to technology.

was easier than I thought (at least getting started) I had put Xubuntu on this netbook anyway as an experiment and had been planning to try and learn Python (bearing in mind my coding skills are stuck in 1987; I picked Xfce precisely because it looks like a modernised version of a 1992 Sparcstation, and that the reason I used my phone camera is I don't even know how to do a screenshot in Linux!)

Why are men such perverted wankers?c Okay, I'll get straight to the point on this one.
My girlfriend is a masseuse, something she has been doing for around 16 years, so needless to say after that many years of practice she's very good at it. Whether it's sports injury and you're seeking pain relief or you're stressed and just need something to unwind you, those are the services she provides.
It even specifically says this on her advert, and it states she does not offer a sexual service.

Important question about LSD? Okay so on thursday at 12:33am I took a tab of either lsd or DOx. The most intense part of the "trip" ended at around 11pm.
Okay so i took the "trip" in the dark. I put trip in quotes because really the only thing that happened was i got really bad like butterfly feeling in my stomach, like really intense ones. (I should state, that i was nervous about taking it all wednesday day). I also had like a cloudiness thought process. But other than those to feelings nothing. (Also the come up was around 2 hours).
Okay its saturday 2:12pm and i still do not feel normal as i did before i took the tab, i still seem to have an on and off cloudiness head, as well as colors seem much more vibrant than before the trip. Idk if these symptoms are due to the afterglow, hppd, or lack of sleep, because from tuesday 7:00am to now ive only had like 14 hours of sleep.... And my eyes seem to close and have this weird feeling almost like a weed high feeling (but this happened everytime i was sleepy before the trip).
My question is, are these symptoms due to afterglow(and if so how long do they last), http( i have no other visual hallucinations beside that the colors are more vibrant and its on and off), or just due to extreme sleep deprivations.
