Muscle mass Put on 2KG in the last 2weeks of pure muscle! RAWR! Well probably not all muscle ;) haha, for those of you who might not understand I'm an ectomorph! So its a pretty big and rapid achievement! 74KG, will be 85KG in no time !! Woohoo hahaha :weee:

How do you encourage your partner to exercise? Hey all,
I've always been fairly good on my fitness but for the last couple of years my girlfriend hasn't really made any effort to look after herself physically, even though she has the time and lives in an area where you don't have to worry if you go out running/cycling/whatever. It's really starting to bother me because it's not that hard to make even a small effort to work on your fitness.
Does anyone know any ways I can encourage her without just flat out saying "You're getting pretty fat and I'm not as attracted to you as much any more"? I know this sounds horrible and shallow, but the basis of any relationship is physical attraction as well as emotional.1234
