  • So i know you guys here at PartyVibe are prolly board sickless of all the ketamin stuff but i though i would reach out as this is the only site i could find localy that does this sort of fing.
    i am what you would call a waster i have an ‘Addictive personality’, i smoked weed right through my teens and loved gettin pissed on cider etc etc but for the last 4 years i hve ben doing k pretty bad Man! its now time to cool off, i was jus wandering what symptoms ketamin withdrawl might produce ???

    How much ket have you being doing and how often? There are people here who have been through giving up ket and should be able to help you out.

    i buy in liquid bulk, it started off as just a weekend thing with my mates for fun we cook it up and k hole all night long, sice then, i have began to go deeper and deeper inside myself enit:crazy_diz

    Replace the K with exercise mate. Focus on doing weights and stuff like that. I gave up K and after the first couple weeks felt pretty shitty but working out made me feel alot happier. Working out releases endorphins which will improve your mood! Try it mate for a couple weeks and see how you feel! :love:

    I’m pretty similar (wouldn’t call myself a waster though), smoked weed through teens n always liked getting pissed on cider or whatever too, and have been doing a lot of k over last 2-3 years. Been trying recently to do it a lot less n TBH once I’ve not done it just for a few days-week I don’t really think about doing it or anything, wouldn’t say you get any withdrawal compared to other drugs, just the temptation to do it when its there.
    Good luck and do it though, caining it really aint good for u after a while, n this can be seen with all the serious stuff that’s started happenin to longterm k users recently specially fuckin up bladder/stomach etc

    Yeh definitely works, instead of getting k’d up doing exercise makes u feel well good!

    i usually consume around 3 grams a day, when the weekend has landed it goes much heavier man, i wandered if any of you guys knew of any real withdrawl symptoms :crazy:

    You will have to get used to not using K to escape from your life [for whatever reason you were doing it – be it boredom or something else].

    At least you have recognised you have a problem and that is a great start.

    Get a hobby/activity to occupy your mind and body so that you dont sit around thinking about K and therefore break the habit of taking it.

    When i gave up K there was no real withdrawal symptoms other than psychological. I stopped hanging around with my mates for a month just so i wasn’t tempted. I did feel a little spaced out for a week or so but no noticeable changes. You’ll be alright mate, when you’re sober and see someone dribbling and fucked on k, That’s when you’ll realise you made the right choice! :love:

    I started on K a few years ago … didnt realise as time went on my lines got bigger and i seemed to buy it more and more …

    i went from doing a line no longer than your finger at the end of a party to now where i have to bend it on the dvd case or else it doesnt fit …

    and this is on a work night …

    by the time i decided i needed to stop i had done close to 11 grams in the week … to some this isnt much and would say ”pah! i was doing twenty a week before i quit … you aint gotta problem!” these people are cocks!

    1. The first thing you need is to no in yourself its time to bite the bullet and kick it in …

    this isnt going to happen unless you no in your head you just need to kick it in, not for family and friends but for YOU! When this realisition hits you it really does … for me it was when i started doing a little before work, then at work and then suddenly found it was occuring everyday, all day …

    i would lie to my family and friends ‘havent done any in ages’ and ‘its all good … i only have it at parties now’ …

    if this is sounding like you then like i am … you really need to start winding it down to stop …

    K … i cant believe its class c!!

    There will be times where your mind is literally screaming ”KKEEETTTAAAMMIINNEEE” like a hungry demon it just doesnt shut the f**k up … at these times you need a friend, who knows the score, who your honest with and who you can call up and say ”im really f**king strugglin here man” that person for me is ‘Rach’ of this very website in fact i called her today saying exactly that … but like the person you will need Rach just calms me down and lays it out … shes a gem!

    3. realistic view …

    There may be downs when you back down to the K demon … dont panic, they happen … but its picking yourself up … dusting your knees off and staying determind … you can do it 🙂

    I am still yet to give up K … but im trying … i hope you succeed bud

    im also trying to give it up.. i dont do much with my time, apart from do K. as im not working. used to have loads of hobbys.. but the ket has just made me loose all motivation. but i think the trick is to distract yourself.. like excerise, or reading.. going out and doing things that dont involve drugs AT ALL.

    as for withdrawel symptoms there isnt any really.. i get the shakes sometimes, after a huge binge. proper weird dreams too..

    Those weird dreams don’t ever stop dude!! Since I’ve given K up I have absolutely nightmarish dreams! Fun though! 😉

    Yeh the dreams thing is weird I’ve noticed that having loadsa proper vivid random as fuck dreams, quite a few other people I’ve spoken to do as well
