wait is it shroom season? there is a whole lotta boomers out here all of a sudden and i was just wondering..i mean the whole idea of shroom season sounds crazy to me. i would have thought most of the shrooms around are grown from a kit, am i wrong?

the couple i saw were on the high moor and it was a cold morning

are you in the UK?

growing kits were banned last year, so apart from a dedicated few mycologists, they aren’t widely available any more

If you buy spores and growbags seperately then its perfectly legal. Growing them isnt though. The spores are suppose to be for research purposes thats how they get around the law. They dont contain any psilocybin at the spore stage anyway. Check these out if your interested.

I’ve still to try musrooms as yet however there seems to be an utter lack of liberty cap around these parts. The only place they were really known to grow were the parks but they now go out of their way to kill them off. There has however been a vast amount of fly agaric within the grounds of my old school, Which are being harvested for a day very soon..

I think a more organised hunt shall be in order soon.

Nope nice cold and very damp morning, my mum reckons that there needs to be alot more rain before they come through though so i will try to get some in wales.

Where in wales you planning on going m8? Im in swansea and i havent found a sausage yet. Weather is fucking everything up. Id wait till theres been a good bit of rain, its a long trip to end up going home empty handed

im going to uni in aberystwyth, so i wont just be going for a trip, Sounds strange for Wales to not get any rain though.

Never had much luck with fly agarics. Always just made me feel ill. :yakk: Tried ’em a few different ways as well.
