UK: Legal Highs Ban, bye bye legal RC’s "The Home Office has also confirmed plans to give ministers the power to ban new substance for a year until they have been properly assessed in a bid to combat so-called "legal highs".
Minister for Crime Prevention James Brokenshire said: "The drugs market is changing and we need to adapt current laws to allow us to act more quickly.
"The temporary ban allows us to act straight away to stop new substances gaining a foothold in the market and help us tackle unscrupulous drug dealers trying to get round the law by peddling dangerous chemicals to young people."

UK government can be sued over rendition claims UK government can be sues for the rendition of a Libyan man and his wife from China to Libya and rightly so as to me it's one of the worst abuses of power I know of. The government has stalled for years and even rejected an offer by the man to settle for £1 and a letter admitting wrongdoing and an apology. The government say if the case is allowed to be heard it could damage relations with other countries but the man deserves justice and I hope he gets it. How we can sit there and criticize other countries that engage in practices like this while we do the exact same thing is a sad state of affairs.

Ive been having trouble with my drugs recently and have, in the past 8 months or so, had a couple blackouts and panic attacks as well as some fairly serious heart palpitations and at one point my heartbeat was completely replaced with a flutter. i mean completely.
Had a lot of tests with my GP and after a lot of to-ing and fro-ing he basically came to the conclusion that while he couldnt diagnose me with anything it would appear that i have developed some kind of hypersensitivity to stimulants.
So forgetting all the boring stuff i can do without like red bull, coffee etc that means
No Weed
No Speed
No MDMA (:hopeless:)
No Coke
or anything which might induce a panic attack so
No Shrooms
No Cid
No DMT
No Salvia
at least for another 6-8 months

pretty new to 'legal' highs but was told to look into them and was wondering what people might suggest ? Up for any kind of high, pretty open to suggestion :)

No Chance Of Sensible Drug Laws New Report Shows Not exactly what the report, which has been kept hidden for months, says but that's what debate between the coalition shows. From what I read it basically says that you can be as tough on drugs as you like and it makes no difference on usage levels. Another report commissioned by the conservatives is calling for a ban on "all psychoactive substances" as has been done in Ireland, but, surprise surprise, exempts the biggest killers, alcohol and tobacco.
