Auld pair up before fiscal for naked hotel rampage.. penalty seems fair enough (they would not be poor to afford to attend such a hotel) but I pity any care home that might have to take these two in, unless they are given proper treatment to address their behaviour (or restricted from alcohol). it does perhaps also hint they were drinking on top of benzos or other meds that old people are regularly prescribed - in which case he should never have been driving to start with!
what I do find a bit unfair is every healthcare worker for 80-100 (myself included) must have a DBS check with England or Scotland that we are not criminals or violent - but its not (yet) required for residents!

Crack induced cross dressing Hello everyone
I have always wondered if i was the only person on the planet who's crack use revolved around dressing up in women's outfits?
Ive been doing this for long enough to know I'm not homosexual nor do i have any desire to dress up in drag publicly or even privately, drug free.
But... once Crack is involved i totally change.
Knowing i have slutty clothes to wear makes me get good coke and wash it up and having good coke makes me want to wear these outfits. Its totally out of my mind without the drug, its not some repressed transgender thing. Its simply crack makes me want to dress like little slut (as portrayed these days)
There is no guilt before or after, its simply an out of reality experience i choose. Once its all gone, i fold up the clothes and put them away and sleep.
Ive yet to meet anyone who understands or could be a partner in this.
If anyone knows anybody with a similar penchant. Please reply to this as talking about it with another would be very supportive for me.

Modafinil (Provigil) So, I started this thread as a place for people to share about their experiences with modafinil (aka Provigil), one of the most popular cognitive enhancers or "smart drugs".
If you don't know what Modafinil is, here is a description (I'll also upload some additional resources below):
Modafinil, a novel cognitive enhancer, selectively improves neuropsychological task performance in healthy volunteers and adult patients with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). It has been argued that persistent cognitive deficits in patients with schizophrenia are responsible for the failure of many patients to rehabilitate socially even when psychotic symptoms are in remission. The present study examined the potential of modafinil as a cognitive enhancer in schizophrenia. Twenty chronic patients with a diagnosis of schizophrenia were entered into a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled crossover study using a 200 mg dose of modafinil. Modafinil had some cognitive enhancing properties in schizophrenia similar to those observed in healthy adults and adult patients with ADHD. Improvement was seen on short-term verbal memory span, with trends towards improved visual memory and spatial planning. This was accompanied by slowed response latency on the spatial planning task. No effect on stop-signal performance was seen. Importantly, significant improvement in attentional set shifting was seen, despite no effect of modafinil on this task being seen in healthy volunteers or ADHD patients. Modafinil may have potential as an important therapy for cognitive impairment in patients with schizophrenia, particularly because of its beneficial effects on attentional set shifting.
Alternative Meds? Hi All, I just want to ask if anyone ever tried using medical cannabis as an alternative meds? I have read many articles about medical marijuana and how it can help you in terms of chronic pain, bone injuries, eating disorder/anorexia, anxiety disorders and panic attacks, inflammation, even cancer and a lot more. Cbd and thc are also new to me and I don't even smoke. If this is true I cant find any solid conclusive evidence that speaks to its efficacy. Any personal experience or testimonial would be highly appreciated. Thanks

My name is Gabrielle Edgerton (G.M.Edgerton@2016.ljmu.ac.uk ) and I am Public Health masters student at Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU). I am currently looking for participants for my dissertation. I am carrying out an online survey exploring how best to communicate potential harms around ecstasy / MDMA
